The Community Foundation of Colusa County
was founded with the help of local leaders
and community members who sought to work in
unison to provide the resources necessary
to address and solve the needs and
challenges of Colusa County.
With our inspired group of community leaders, the Foundation has
the potential to minister to the needs of
Colusa County citizens for years to come.
As President and Chair of the Board,
I envision a future with a strong and
supportive community system working toward
the common goals of prosperity, health,
education and overall quality of life in
Colusa County and I intend to steer the
course for funding strategies to meet these
objectives.
Unlike many non-profit organizations working independently toward a
single goal, the Foundation was developed to
complement and support existing
organizations by expanding the contribution
of human and capital resources. We are here
to focus on enriching the future of Colusa
County while respecting our rich
agricultural history.
